Team branding

The Branding tab under Manage team controls how your organisation appears to staff and, in places, to participants (for example trial-facing surfaces that use your team identity).

You need team.manage on the team to edit these options.

Team identity

• Team name — Shown to users in your team and to participants where the product displays your organisation name. Save changes explicitly with Save name.

Logos

• Team logo — Main logo for light backgrounds. Upload an image or remove it to fall back to defaults.
• Dark mode logo — Optional variant optimised for dark UI; used when dark mode is enabled.

QR code branding

Trialflare can generate QR codes (for example polls, consent links, or participant flows). Team-level branding customises how those codes look:

• Icon — Optional image in the centre of the QR code.
• Dot style — Squares or dots for the data modules.
• Corner style — Dot, extra rounded, or square finder patterns.
• Colours — Background and foreground colour pickers (with reset to remove a custom colour).

Changes apply to QR codes generated for your team going forward, so packaging and print assets stay aligned with your visual guidelines.
